28 November 2018. Exactly 45 years ago the first vessel Proserpina with 77,606 tonnes of iron ore arrived at EMO. It took 7 days to unload the vessel. This was the start of a company that today is the leading dry bulk terminal in and for Europe. In 2014 the 1 billionth tonnes of dry bulk was unloaded. What an achievement! Today the terminal is highly automated and well equipped to meet customers’ expectations.
