With very great sadness we must inform you that at the end of last week our colleague Rob Grimbleby, Managing Director of HES Humber Bulk Terminal, has passed away.
Rob was 61 years old and had dedicated 37 years working at the Humber terminal initially as an Electrician prior to becoming Managing Director 6 years ago. He invested a huge amount of his time in ensuring the terminal continued to operate to a high standard whilst always managing his maintenance capex carefully. As previously Port Engineer he knew the place and its equipment inside out. It demonstrates his dedication that he clearly continued to work even when he knew he was seriously ill.
