As per 31st December 2020 ATIC Services Americas Inc. including its subsidiary CITA Logistics LLC was sold to Group La Perrière Canada Corp, which is part of La Perrière Group. ATIC Services Americas was a subsidiary of ATIC Services which has been part of HES International since June 2014.

ATIC Services Americas’ head office is based in Norfolk USA and offers through CITA Logistics LLC various services to the dry bulk industry such as testing, inspection, vessel agency and contract management. With the sale of ATIC Services Americas, HES international will continue to strengthen its position as a leading independent bulk terminal operator throughout strategic port locations in Europe with a focus on delivering long-term, sustainable growth.
