HES International B.V. is pleased to announce that Noël Frehis has been appointed as Managing Director for Société d’Opérations Maritimes et Fluviales (SOMEF), effective as per June 18th, 2019. Mr Frehis succeeds Mr Olivier Stevens, who left the company in April 2019.
Mr. Noël Frehis (41) is graduated as Industrial Engineer. He has extensive experience in logistics and supply chain and has successfully held senior positions at several companies linked to the industry.
